refund policy for non-delivery claims
we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the order is shipped and tracking information confirms delivery. if you believe your package was not received:

- please contact your local post office or carrier for assistance.

- if the issue remains unresolved and you file a chargeback, we will first attempt to address the matter with you directly.

- lack of response on your part may result in us submitting your non-communication as evidence to the bank, along with proof of delivery, to dispute the chargeback.

- customers must report non-delivery claims within 7 days of the delivery date.

refunds & exchanges
all sales are final. we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason.

fraudulent chargebacks
we take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. if a chargeback appears to be unauthorized or fraudulent, we reserve the right to take legal action to recover funds and any associated damages.
